I have their FMCSA but nothing relavant regarding bond. they have $5000 cargo insurance but nothing else.

they have been in business for a year. I called the people that they listed as credit reference and was told they pay in about 24 days. We did a move for them this week, so I will let you know how that goes

Well, we also took a load from them this week...
Just a gut feeling cause there sure isn't anything on them.

They are a forwarder, not a broker..hence no need for a bond.

Update...

Mr Speed,
I'm so sorry about not updating. Totally forgot about it.

The invoice was dated Nov 4/09 and payment was recieved Dec 21/09.
Giving that it takes roughly 2 weeks to get mail here from TX, they would be in the 30 day range. And yes we would deal with them again.

Again, please accept my apologies for not keeping everyone updated.
