Double brokering & non payment. Don't get caught - BEWARE.

Heard from a fellow carrier they double brokered and when payment was requested was told "we are shutting down" and refused to pay.

they owe us...no calls back, no payment, appears to be a double brokered landstar load.

If this helps anyone I have their business card from a few years ago - cell phone for Ranjit (Ron) Randhawa - President is 416-839-2410. Hopefully this is still connected.
 
I just heard that they basically stripped their trucks of engines and trailers of tires/rims (putting on old crap tires/steel rims and taking aluminum rims and new tires to newly leased reefer trailers). And disappeared from yard space they had rented leaving all this in it.

Nowhere to be found and police informed by landlord. This one is way out there in the WOW category!!!!!!

I heard that the owner has gone back to India and someone else is running the business. Not sure if they are using the same name or another name.

Can use all the help I can get on this one.
 
I think this company is back up and running under a new name. P&R Randhawa Transport. Almost took a shipment but when I asked them about this posting, they sounded too shady.
