This is by far the worst freight brokerage. Very unprofessional, the owner Richard Cohen doesn’t know how to talk to people at all, thinks he’s a know it all, and if he’s in a bad mood he won’t pay your freight bill at all. Will book a truck with you and once your driver is on site the load is given to someone else’s despite giving them the rate they need and willingness to work with them.

NO REVERT OVER EMAILS ITS 5000USD / BIG SHAME ON TRUCKING INDUSTRY!!!!!

side note does "scout logistics" still exist? I'ev driven by the office a couple times and was always curious, that they have a corner building in Toronto and never come across their loads.

They were purchased by TA Services in 2021, I dont know what name they operate under

They are still there.

I believe Scout is only referenced as a trade name, all their brokerage and legal docs are under TA services now. MC-183070
