Royal Canadian Supply Chain Inc.

Never had any problem with Royal Canadian Supply Chain Inc.
Out of ALL loads that I did for them, I had 1 bumpy load and all those delays were paid with no problem. (got revised confirmation on the same day)
plus their rates are about average (and I'm way WAY far from being a cheap carrier)
Nice people to do business with.

There have been many more positive dealings than negative in my 10 years. As stated below, I'm always open to discussion with anyone and have made my profile public as opposed to many of you who hide behind your handles. Sometimes things don't always go the way we want in business and in saying that I would need multiple sets of hands to count the amount of times carriers have contributed to lost customers with poor service. We don't always like the outcomes of things in this business but they all do come full circle and amends can be made. You all have an impression of our company which stems mostly from 2008 - 2010 however since then we have grown substantially and the issues of the past are in the past. Disputes between brokers and carriers will always be a part of this business not really much else to say, I am on the short end of the stick a lot more than not with carriers. Despite what you may think we are good people at Royal.

You've provided your contact details and made your point. Let's leave it at that.

Anyone currently having issues with Royal contact Richie directly. If it is rectified in a timely manner - please follow up and post the matter was dealt with. Subsequently...if the matter does not get resolved - post that as well.

I believe we have all bases covered now and can move on.

Thank you

Good evening to all.
My name is MJ from IHaul Trucking.
I'm new on this forum but learning alot from fellow colleagues.

As for RCSC, we've been doing business with them for over a year and haven't had any major issues.
They have decent rates and have always provided revised confirmations in a timely manner.
The guys there are always willing to listen and communicate.

I feel like every other Broker, they too have had ups and downs.

Nice group of guys to do business with.

Any current info on payment trends with RCSC or how reputable (or not) their agent Franky is to deal with? Are they actually paying COD on their produce?

We completed 11 shipments with Royal Canadian Supply Chain during 2017 (none so far in 2018). Days to pay are between 60-75 days with the highest hitting 79 days and the lowest being 57 days. In other words, not our best payors but not the worst. We call our customers regularly after they hit 50 days so I don't know if the phone calls moved it along. None of the loads were produce.

We are paying all produce loads within 24 hours after delivery is made and invoice is received. Jim L can you please advise which company you are from so I can look into what transpired on your account to see what held up the payments ? Mark D happy to work with you in any capacity. Please let me know how I can help.

Thx Richie

have an order doing currently for RSC, hopefully we have better luck ( according to Ritchie post
above-payment in 45 days or less) than in past never paid in less than 60 days, in fact several over 3 months

Hi Can I help you Rat-Guy, Which load do we owe you for at 60 days ? I can check with my accounting ?

or which you pulled for us last week ?
new load in January, past orders were around sept/oct 2017 Harry in your AP had quoted 30 days,
but didn't happen , both orders very slow, Harry again last week stated 30, days after receipt of
invoices, that why I mentioned I hope we have better luck this time around

it delivered Friday, load 52850 soon as I get back from our US terminal I'll send it to your AP,
thank you for your interest

all taken care of. will pay on next weeks cheque run, our past history is not a representation of how we operate today. you are in good hands at Royal, thanks for letting us know.
