Rock Rover Transport

I worked with him last year. He was unreasonable when it came to providing a clear POD. His driver also lost a second POD I ended up paying him then DNU.
 
I ended up using these guys after I didn't have many options. Pick up and delivery went well. Would use again as a last minute option
 
Third time late late for an appointment even though we give them 70 hours for their "team" to make a 36 hour trip. Moving them to our DNU after the latest one today.
 
I've used them a few times. They were a little late for pickup on a couple occasions, but overall everything went OK.
 
Had a similar thing happen last year. Booked 2 loads, both supposed to be teams.
Trucks both showed up 2 days late with solo drivers.

They double brokered out an exclusive team medical hazmat load to an LTL carrier who was not hazmat licensed and did not tell them or us. Lied, lied and lied about all kinds of issues for the delays. Found out carrier only picked it up off their dock the day it was supposed to be delivering. On our Do Not Use Ever list.
