RoadNova Trans

Booked FTL with this company and they double brokered our freight as LTL, after we got in touch with carrier who was on site, RoadNova stopped responding on our emails and calls, company is DNU in our network.
 
Worked with them once before. All went well and was on time. Did our due diligence when signing them up and all paperwork was legit. Maybe just a one off?

@OpsMgr when sourcing carriers on ministry sites you must use their legal name.

They tried to book a load with me, when I asked them if they can provide GPS tracking link for this truck they said no. Said their drivers keep stealing the ELDs out of the trucks so they don't provide them anymore.....

Bella clearly didn't have any idea what she was talking about, truck was of course getting empty in the same city I was loading in and rate was $250 cheaper then everyone else.... not to mention the virtual office.

Too many red flags for me, paid someone else $300 more than RoadNova Trans because I knew they wouldn't give me any headaches.
 
lucky day im reading this now and my team book a load this morning with them my driver is on site for pick up just got a call from driver that shipper refusing to load our trailer coz it supposed to some other company not us!

The only way to find out the customer or real broker is to contact the shipper and receiver requesting payment that will get someones attention

Is there any other carrier name on the BOL?

no other name on BOL
I contacted shipper and receiver they said they already paid them.
 
They just tried a load from me and wanted quick pay before even sending me their COI Possibly wanting quick pay to double broker the load
