The fact that Sam from PNP went through all this trouble over a $250 invoice that was 7 days old truly speaks volumes about him, his character and his company. I think @EdanF did a great job of communicating the facts and staying professional through all of this, so thank you to Edan. I believe this issue has been resolved and as anyone viewing this thread can see, we pay our invoices in approx. 30 days. We have been in business over 10 years now and our payment terms have only improved over those years. Feel free to reach out to either Ian or our Accounting Department if there is ever an issue. We're not going anywhere :)

We get weekly EFTs every monday - average days 43-- but if you need a remittance notice or document you won't get it automatically - will have to call.
