We use them once in a while on inbound only.
I'm not overly impressed with the "Customer experience" over there.
Tender them a load on Thursday or Friday for Monday / Tuesday delivery and 9 times out of 10 when you check on your load Monday it's still sitting in their yard (and you can insert their weakass excuse here).
As well their OOS violations are high so they need a manager approval whenever a load is to be tendered to them and high OOS violations lead to delays... so we would never assign them to something of high value or time sensitive.
