Beware using these guy. They have no handle on their drivers, lousy at updating you on load tracing and all around terrible service. Located in Mississauga.

Used them on a load, they arrived for deliveries two days late, double brokered the load and refused to provide POD's to this day. To top it off they are demanding payment for a load we can't bill our customer. They also refuse to pay us for loads we did for them. Beware of them!!
 
I have them on hold. They must pay before delivery. The last load we did for them found to be double brokered. We eventually was paid by 96 days with pressure from the original freight broker.
 
Extremely poor communication, 2 days late on delivery, damaged product, constant lies...AND if you have an ltl shipment on with them right now that is some sort of copier or printer heading to Montreal, fyi - it is smashed to bits on the back of their trailer right now! The driver opens his doors at my customer to take off our ltl and bits and pieces of this machine are falling out of the trailer in the parking lot and this machine is flattened in the back of the trailer. Who knew you couldn't stack 3000# on a load bars on top of a 250# piece of equipment...?

Update on the below post...
Turns out they double brokered the load to SGL Intl. And it wasn't copier equipment...it was medical equipment heading to Ottawa that was damaged.
 
They did one shipment to Manitoba for me.. Dropped on time . Do not know if Double Brokered. No News is good news?
