A few excuses so far. When that happens I get this feeling that they are about to burn me.

I guess after almost a decade I get these intuitions.

I feel there is a lack of attention to details, even if you put on your load confirmation the dates to load and deliver it still gets missed. I had a no show and lost a load due to the sales rep not reading the load confirmation I sent him. I took an extra step to follow up via email after my load confirmation to confirm truck in hand and eta for pickup. You can paint the rest of the painting if youd like LOL
 
Gave them one load about a month ago.
Lets just say it was an experience.
They did 2 loads for me at once.
Their first and last at the same time.

Yeah they gave me lots of excuses and cancelled.

Not much else experience wise from me.
