anyone having trouble collecting Cheque in the mail for 3 weeks nothing but stories and that was dent allegedly at 90 days
 
Hi CB,

I would pursue the CDN BOL act or Mercantile Act. There are a couple threads on this company already I believe.
 
Had the same problem on multiple invoices; payments were arriving for invoices aging up to 116 days. Much arrogant behaviour from the broker upon collection phone calls. We caught them on double brokering on more than one occasion.
 
well well well Check finally arrives by courier after almost a hundred days They agreed to pay for the courier but instead deducted 32 dollars so beware their word is no good On our DNU list
 
Rite Way used to be freight brokers and were bought by Marnor Holdings. third company they own is Road Rider. AP is no good. When I don't get a reply by AP name Alice,I always cc the person who we work with, and check comes in mail with in few days.
 
Yeah used to be Ol Mavis and Robbie at Rite Way years ago and they were good before Marnor bought them
