Anyone else having trouble collecting from Rite Way Freight Ltd out of Montreal?

I have an invoice over 80 days and getting the runaround...

I spoke too soon...

The cheque is not only late, but also short by $100, which is for waiting time that was agreed to and listed on their load confirmation.

After leaving a couple angry messages, I received a call back from an apologetic guy who said a cheque for $100 was on it's way to us.
