Anyone service LTL Haz Mat from Rexdale to Elk Grove, ILL - (1 pallet)600 kgs Class 3, UN1263 PG III P/U today deliver Mon or Tue next week?
 
I have to ask is there 2 Kris Kay's because it show Kris Kay Systems CVOR cancelled.
 
I'm showing two CVOR numbers for them.

I'm a older guy... and I remember the days when no one had authorities, trip leasing etc. The OTA's biggest job back then was to stand in the way of a guy wanting to start up a little business with 2 or 3 trucks. Anyway, once things finally opened up... and folks were being granted authorities... the MTO looked at them pretty hard... even 'picked' on them a little. This provoked some to obtain a second CVOR just incase they became the MTO's "example".

I've dealt with Kris Kay... they're a decent carrier with decent equipment. Their name is on their trucks & trailers just about a big as it can be printed. I wouldn't think that an incognito carrier with a cancelled CVOR would do that.

If in doubt Maggs... just ask Paul... he's a good man.

Nawk I agree with you about equipment, I was actually shocked when I saw them on the list yesterday. I guess the problem with those lists is they do not have any dates on them and it could be from years ago.
