REV Capital has delayed payment to our company at least 3-4 times in the past 60 days.
Either money was not transfered within the same day and / or they blamed Bank Of America.
When I asked for proof and did my own check with FI, they said everything was good but REV never made a transfer.

They than started to ignore my calls and emails.
They they terminated my contract.

Watch Out!

Does anyone have a recent history with them? We paid an invoice recently to Rev Capital and now JD Factors is invoicing the same invoice. Is Rev Capital not paying their carriers?

Yes, Rev Capital is having issues. On July 19th 2024, the unilaterally cancelled my contract cause I pressured them to be transparent. Watch out with them bacause they lack credibility.

Interesting

Rev Capital was insanely hard to deal with a few months ago. We some billing issues on a few loads, mostly wrong currencies.

Refused to acknowledge the error and demanding immediate payment even those invoices were due in 2 weeks.

When I tried to start a agreement with JD Factors, at the end they said I was a risk because REV stated on my cancelation letter I am a risk. We need to root these people out and redeem ourselves. This is disucsting. They have not even given me a release letter lol so I got no money since the 19th July 2024. Luckily, I have advised my brokers to route all payments after the 19th July 2024 and they agreed.

Rev Cap sold off all their small revenue business (under $10-20k) to JD Factors. So now they only handle accounts with larger purchase amounts and the carriers that previously factored with Rev and did not surpass that threshold were moved over to JD.

The way I read it, they sold off their US Transportation business only.

Rev Cap is definitely in hot water. Sara MacKay Smith, one of the sales people Loren Shifrin works closely with, drunkenly let it slip - this is why you shouldn't drink at work functions! and went on a tangent on she thinks it's hilarious CEO Loren Shifrin desperately wiggles his way in online news headlines to make himself look good while he is a big joke behind the scenes. I heard all this about a year ago, and now seeing this thread about businesses worried about working with Rev Cap - I would suggest to the companies to run the other way :(
