Haulex Expedite, operating under multiple aliases such as MTS Logistics and DBG Trucking, is a textbook example of a fraudulent logistics operation. Their history of financial mismanagement is evident—MTS Logistics declared bankruptcy two years ago, and now DBG Trucking is teetering on the brink of the same fate.

Here’s a breakdown of their unethical practices:

1. Non-Payment to Employees and Operators
Haulex Expedite has consistently failed to pay its employees and owner-operators on time, or at all. This lack of basic financial accountability shows a complete disregard for the livelihoods of those who work for them.

2. Dodging Financial Obligations
The company reportedly doesn’t pay rent for their facilities, further demonstrating their inability to uphold fundamental business responsibilities.

3. Double Brokerage
They engage in shady double-brokering practices, a significant red flag in the logistics industry. This unethical behavior creates confusion, disrupts trust in the supply chain, and damages the reputation of legitimate businesses.

4. Deceptive Shipping Practices
Haulex Expedite charges customers for full-truck services to destinations like British Columbia and Alberta but cuts corners by shipping freight via rail instead. This dishonesty reflects their lack of integrity and willingness to exploit their clients.

5. Fraudulent Operations by Leadership and Sales Team
Azfar Haider Sahi, the person behind these operations, has been identified as a fraud. His sales teams allegedly book loads using fake names to mislead customers and evade accountability.

If you are considering working with Haulex Expedite, DBG Trucking, or any related entities, think twice. Their track record of deceit and unethical behavior makes them a liability. Trust and transparency are critical in logistics, and unfortunately, this company lacks both.

Avoid at all costs. Your time, money, and reputation are far too valuable to risk.

All, this is clearly a paid *Fake review* orchestrated by Mr. F A ( Ex-President and Ex-Sole owner of DBG trucking) stipped off this Title, Job, Multiple Perks that includes a Mercedes GLE 63 AMG.

Haulex has been one of my trustable partner carriers , transporting my expedite freight from Niagara Falls ON area to Alberta week after week and must delcare they did exceed my customers expectations and proved their operational excellence to be second to none

Freight recession swept away 100,000+ companies across North america and Transportation industry during this hard-pressed time has to work under the logic of 'Blind leading a blind' acquiring / buy outs / taking over transportation companies that are on the brink of extreme failure

Please allow me to explain and shed light for sane minded folks to evaluate with a SOUND PROFESSIONAL JUDGEMENT

1. Non-Payment to Employees and Operators

Haulex Leadership team are true visionaries and leaders for more than a Decade. They led their business to grow exponentally with the support of devoted Freight brokers and 3 PL's located in Canada, USA and Europe .

Non payment to employees and operators in my experience is 'Thin in the air', targeted only on 'non competent' employees and 'non-safety oriented drivers and owner operators' who posed a major risk adding extreme financial liability to their Business

2. Dodging Financial Obligations

I had an opportunity to visit their terminals in QC, AB, BC and was stumped to witness their hard-working warehouse staff and freight handling practices that is on-par with industry standards and work safety laws

Not paying rent to their facilities is not something I'd know off and as such never faced 'extreme / blind' delays on any of my freight from East to West and West to East handled by Haulex ex team and their allies

3. Double Brokerage

Haulex & allies use a network of registered agents to cover Local 'P&D's only in sub-urban areas, which is a widely practiced business strategy by few of transportration companies to transport goods around the clock and keep in pace with the ongoing supply chain demands

Please do not miscontrue this act as a revenue stream which would make $100 profit to a Multi million dollar operations ?

4. Deceptive Shipping Practices

Shippers do bolt seal the trailers for Freight safety just to avoid 'Deceptive shipping practices'

Receivers reject the freight in the event of broken seal in this current time era to avoid 'Deceptive transportation practices'

Based on my findings, Haulex is one of the very few asset-based transportation companies that is registered across all provinces in Canada to transport 'Medical Cannabis' and licensed for Grow-op in the Province of Ontario

5. Fraudulent Operations by Leadership and Sales Team

Hearty congrats to Haulex Leadership and operations team :) for getting a life changing opportunity to continue to operate and grow their operations at their new and Fully owned business facility located in Mississauga / Meadowvale ON

So he is in the old Trans Emerge facility (6789 Mill Creek)that rents out for $19k/month. Got to move a lot of freight to pay that amount (or not pay carriers)

Another nice deceptive e-mail from Haulex.
