Anyone have trouble collecting payment from this company lately?

This is the first time I have worked with them. Invoice is over 60 days. It seems our cheque is stuck on the boss's desk awaiting payment.

You will get paid but usually takes a couple calls.

St Michel also bought out jules savard earlier this year, not sure if this could have an impact on paying bills.

he has bought a lot... Savard, Girard this year Dion last year and couple small ones years prior...

It think may, since he bought Savard and Girard in a small time frame

What are they saying, or are they just ignoring you?

Apparently, Transforce bought Transport St-Michel and all the subcompanies.
Saying apparently cause I do not have a 150% confirmation. Only 95%
