I have only one shipment with them in March 2014. Small invoice paid in 55 days. No issue.

Had a 75K broker bond under MC850634 that was current at the time but I see it should have renewed in January 2015. I looked on FMCSA website and no issues there.

Ah, now I see why they go by RTL for both companies - Round the Lake and Ready to Load.
