Ready Go appears to have lost the bills of lading on a load they did for me.

We had to hound them to get their invoice and when it arrived, it was only an invoice, no other paperwork. This load was from two months ago.

This is the second time I have had to hound them for paperwork.

Waiting for someone to get back to me... Will post when I hear back.

Have any others had difficulty getting paperwork from Ready Go?

Update...

Today I heard back from Shawn at Ready Go. He was much better at communicating over the phone than his co-workers who I spoke with previously.

Shawn got all the details from me and I received the required paperwork by email a short time later. Thank you Shawn!

I am trying to reach Ready Go today at (905) 875-2222 or by email at dispatch@readygotransport.com. There is no response from either. Does anyone have a cell phone number for this company.
They are a day late with a rush order that was supposed to deliver yesterday, and when they missed that was going to be this morning at 9AM, and now we cannot reach them at all.

I had not, but I just dialed in now and is says the number is "not in service". Have you reached some one at that number before?
I also found the phone number on saferweb of (416) 770-0300 and no one answers the phone there either. I left a message for Arshi but no call back.
However, the consignee has advised me the freight has arrived, but still cannot reach these people. Not very impressive.

out of 16 loads, they cancelled us 5 times. they are close to getting on the DNU. Very average, barely over the passing line.

Those numbers would have me putting them on a DNU already. Imagine your disptach team booking 31.25% of your business twice? It means that 1 in every 3 dispatchers are there to rebook your loads. It's not logical.

Keep well,
Mike

Terrible service. Showed up 8 hrs late on what was supposed to be a Monday 8 a.m. appointment.

You're right. Do yourself a favor and avoid last minute re-booking by avoiding them. Our system shuts them out automatically at a certain level of service, but they are sitting on the edge. We can always do it manually as well ;-)
