Hi all, Anyone had an experience using this carrier - RBT Limited? Please let me know if any service issues. Thanks!
 
Good carrier, can be pricey though. Not the best attitudes but get the job done when needed. Only used when it’s been my last option
 
Thanks Load Girl! At first I was thinking they were Rangi Bros. but they are not. Entirely different company. Appreciate the feedback!
 
Pretty sure we used to deal with Honey at RBT, good carrier and good communication. They even came with solutions trying to be proactive if there was a problem with one of their loads.

I think Rangi Bros. goes with RBL.
 
Used a couple times. Deliveries were all on time, communication at times was not the best but would use again.
 
A little bird whispered in my ear that RBT Limited at 285 Main St N in Acton had shut down. I went to the location on Friday and found that they left 2 weeks ago and have not been seen since. That explains why my emails went unanswered and all voicemails were full. So much for getting payment for my outstanding invoice.

Yes, their USDOT was revoked on Oct 7, 2019. It looks like their insurance was cancelled and not renewed.
 
Wait for the Bankruptcy papers because you will be expected to pay at some point, if they never come then go crazy.
