What phone number did you use? For Atlantic Truck Lines I have 604-597-3170 and a google search of that phone number does to come up with Altus Transport

We have been using Atlantic for more than a decade and don't have any issues with them.

Can you share your experience with them?

Doesn't matter if they didn't get funds from the customer. Broker has obligation to pay.

Part of the brokerage game is waiting for payments from the customer but paying carriers

File a claim against their Bond. They are bonded according to FMSCA. Also reach out to their Insurance Company.

Hey did you get any response from Razer? or an sort of update? I tried reaching out to them they are not answering.

Were getting the same thing as everyone else, they don’t have the money to pay because their customers haven’t paid them.

Such a crappy answer. If you don’t have the money to float things don’t try to run with the other dogs. We pay net 30 regardless of our clients payment terms.

Yes but what can be done, normally all small companies are doing all this. We are staying away from them to do any further loads.

Good rates aren't the best if you aren't getting paid at all. I am staying away from all carriers who are double brokering they doing this all same look at Kommited Trans he has a huge thread against him and his google reviews.

Then i suggest to stay away from Jace Trucklines, not to mix threads, but we caught them double brokering as well. Funny how people try to teach others lessons and trying to emit an aura of holiness while in reality....

I got paid today. Was only one load thankfully. Leaving a review, calling the customer, and threatening to blow them up on social media was what it took. In the meantime I have recieved calls from others that are owed hundreds of thousands, so this is a sinking ship.

Great to hear that you got at least one invoice out of them. Out of curiosity, what made you want extend credit to this firm? they are rather new, nothing on them would entice me to extend hundreds of thousands out to them. Maybe I look at them as a competitor, but something was always off about these guys.

Their credit score was decent, and we had used them and always treated them fair and paid strictly on 30. Made the mistake that it would be the same when roles were reversed. To be clear, we only extended $2000 for one load…so not a big deal but important that others hear about it

Fair enough, sucks when you take care of someone and they cant return the favor by doing the right thing. This industry has been flooded by too many bad players. Thank you for bringing light to this and saving someone else from getting screwed over.

Atlantic scammed our dispatchers on a load. This was before I put in place a more stringent pre-booking policy when I was hired.

I found the original broker on the load and Atlantic stole the second load of peppers he gave them.

This was last summer.

I just wanted to let y'all know that Atlantic Truck Lines is not affiliated with Razor Transport in any manner. Also, we do not haul any reefer commodities. The company only has dry vans. I just wanted to clear that out. I just felt like I should let you know.

Atlantic is not affiliated with Razor in any shape or form. This is coming from the management of Atlantic Truck Lines. If there are any companies that say that they are affiliated with us please let us know, I had no idea until someone I knew told me about this and I am appalled.

I called the shipper and receiver, and threatened to start using social media to collect. Had they not paid I would have followed through with it.

Also smash them up a 1 start Google review. I removed mine because they did pay.

i have found several companies that are owed over $100k each by Razer. This house of cards if crumbling quickly so I highly recommend getting the word out to others.
