Rating on Road Shark Transportation

When you call Kandip in A/P for payment - he will tell you they are paying at 50 days now. He is not friendly to deal with...you will have to chase him - probably make a couple calls. But if your invoice gets on - speak to Eddie (owner).
 
But always remember with them they look for the cheapest rate and them try to beat that down. If you happen to go low enough they will not hesitate to cancel you at any given time if someone says they will will do it cheaper.. On or dnu for these reasons and average over 60 days to pay!!

My AR just got off the phone with Kandip, not only is he not friendly, he is downright rude too. "Their" terms are now 60 days, and they do one cheque run per month, the next one being September 17.

We have numerous outstanding invoices, all 60+, some of which will be paid on the 17th, others not. Kandip said "if you don't like it, don't call us". What he doesn't realise is, I don't call them, they call me.

That's ok though, congrats on making my ever growing DNU list.

Yes - he is definitely both....I wonder if their confirmation sheet states "payment in 60 days" - I would have mentioned that to him.

Don't waste your time with Kandip - call and speak to Eddie - that worked for me. I told him if he would like to continue his relationship with us then he needs to pay us in a timely fashion. He did mention to call him again if I ever had any issues - was very professional in his manner....
 
They are awful payers - they get into 80 days with us.
Ed doesn't even let you speak, they've been mailing it for
3 weeks and it still hasn't come.

I suggest you put them on your DNU list.

Road shark

They owe us $1700 from May.. over 135 days. I have issued them a 10 day notice and it is up on Monday. After that it's out of my hands and goes to our attorney's..
DEFINITELY a DNU!
 
I agree with all of you. They would cancel last minute - typical "the customer cancelled" and yes - we have had issues getting paid as well.

Road Shark - Update

Update on Road Shark...

Still waiting on payment for an August invoice - small amount. Kandeepan (full name) doesn't seem to be taking A/P calls anymore - back to Kasia. Have been told 3 times cheque being sent out - never goes anywhere. Over 90 days and nothing but attitude...office sick...no one around...maybe mailed...can't find it....you name it - they have an excuse for it. No care or concern either....

Their terms have gone from 45 - 50 - 60 - 80 and now 90+ :mad:

BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE & stay far away....
