Here is a thought. Don't do business with anyone who has a @gmail.com account. Let's face it, if a company doesn't have the will to set up their professional presence in the world, should you expect anything else but a hoax or a fraud? This also goes with @yahoo.com, @hotmail.com or any other free domains.

This goes for carriers and brokers alike. If you're serious about doing business, this is the bare minimum you can do to portray that. Good business relationships are made on communication and trust. A free email address that can be setup within hours is not the definition of either.

I Absolutely agree! Even a google search and I was able to find the screenshot from another site that indicated this broker was involved in scammy business. A little due diligence goes a long way !
