Actually no, generalkonrad, Ranger Truck lines are not the cheapest carrier. They are however, professional, reasonably priced and are a pleasure to deal with. Regardless of where they happen to be located, my firm will use them whenever and wherever possible. From your comment, it is obvious that you have never dealt with them.

That's a pretty unfair comment. I'll agree with loaders and assume that you really haven't enjoyed Rangers services before.
But hey, thanks generalkonrad for letting us all see what your opinions are based on... nothing.

Note that there are many wonderful providers in Brampton (who charge a fair rate for the services provided). Some examples:
Holmes Freight Lines (0 issues ever in 24 years with them)
Gardewine North (several offices including Brampton)
Kris Kay Trucklines (amazing)
Maritime Ontario (they have a great niche)
Ranger Trucklines (professional, efficient)
Pace Marathon (pleasant to deal with - amazing guys in person)
York International (Keith is a miracle worker)
Travellers Transportation (has left me speachless with the things they have done to rectify problems caused by shippers)
Some of these carriers are more economical than others, but these (and other carriers in Brampton) are just like the rest of us. We have the same goals you see - service the customer, make a few dollars along the way, sleep well at night after a hard days work...
