I invite everyone who has not been paid by Ranger Express Forwarding to send a complaint to Link because they still continue to call with freight and use Link but still stonewalling on payment. Sugi continues to say they have a "new system" and Dino is now almost invisible.

Write to: complaints@linklogi.com

I sent one yesterday recommending their account be suspended for this reason.

If you have complaints about the above company, then you should report to Link and not complain if you have not reported.

I know that you can go to their place of business and get a cheque if you demand. I have this several times.

We have contacted LINK several times and the answer that I get everytime, there is nothing we can do about it....HEY if LINK is getting their $$$ why would they do anything about it....afterall they dont preach what they say. "we act as a team for the carriers in this industry who are running with integrity" thats what I was told at a seminar a few weeks ago....HA!

I don't believe that is the answer you were provided. They have a firm "3 strike" policy regarding complaints. Perhaps you are not dealing with the appropriate person. Victoria deals with complaints - her email has been provided on this forum numerous times. Submit the complaint in a business like manner and FOLLOW UP with her on it.

Lots of people like to "complain" but won't take the time to lodge a formal complaint with the appropriate person that can actually do something about it. When Link turns a delinquent's account OFF - your money usually shows up pretty quick in the mail....

This complaint will be logged on their file. We will contact companies if they get multiple complaints but right now I need to monitor their account for similar issues such as yours. Please report this non payment to Equifax. You may do so by opening the attached file and submitting to equifax.cdms@equifax.com will be reflected on their credit report.

Good credit management is key to the ongoing success and future of your business. You need to know who you’re dealing with, when to extend credit and how to collect.

Please review additional information on credit by accessing this link on our portal.

Yes - that is the reply email.

I always filed with Equifax also - this one is a BIGGIE as it gets added to the delinquent's credit file quickly - much faster than D&B I have found in the past.

Email Victoria next week and ask for a case update. Inquire as to other complaints received. Remember - you are also a PAYING Link customer and deserve appropriate answers in a timely manner.

I hope this has a positive outcome for all that are owed.....

Just wanted to let you guys know that Dino Ruffolo is the dispatcher at Ranger Express and has nothing to do with payments etc.... The owner is Dave Waldock and the other people involved are Tim Gleasson and Dash Domi (formally LTL). The controller is John Majidi, but he is very tough to deal with.

Be very careful when dealing with these guys..............

Dash Domi was involved with MFP Financial that scammed the City of Windsor and the City Of Waterloo.

TheRecord - Costs now nearing $5 million in Waterloo’s RIM Park...

Tim Gleasson and his partner at the time Tim Smith, had a company on Delta Park Dr in Brampton in the late 1990's - think it was called Trans United but I could be wrong. Burned alot of carriers when it went under. Just my two cents.

Ranger

Calling their customer is a dirty play, but when an invoice is 90 days old and past promises turn into lies, there is no choice. We were offered a cheque within an hour after having a conversation with their customer.

Trans United had a beautiful building, but stopped paying carriers six months before they finally went out of business.

Finally we picked up a cheque from Ranger - after over 100 days.
