Have used them in the past and had no issues. Strength seems to be Vancouver and Pacific northwest area.

I use them all the time np, however tread lightly with agreeing to layover that he needs for his drivers or such because he never actually pays money to his drivers even though he asks for extra money specifically to lay his driver over, ive had 3 calls from his O/O asking if i paid Rai a layover

I use them 1 - 2 times per week, typically there are no issues and they provide updates over the weekend when requested. I have not had a Rai driver call me but so far have not had to layover the truck.
