The average time to pay was 60 days. Their loyality....none! You provide service of gold and when you have to up the FSC to reflect the market even though the line haul rate was excellent for them....they close the door and move on to the next carrier, not even with a conversation, just pulled the plug. Thats not a parternship. Just be very very clear on your terms of rates.
