Anybody dealing with R/T Logistics lately?

Did a load back in mid-May, haven't been able to speak to anyone there.

Their voicemail is now full, and their after hours number has a message saying that they are on holidays until July 3. It is now July 17.

Try calling Terri's cell phone - The number is 416-686-0258. Not that really helps because all you get are promises and excuses. Do not use!!!

Inform the broker (via fax or phone) you will be contacting the shipper demanding payment. As the broker had broken his contract with you, by not paying within terms, you can contact the party responsible for payment (cosignee if collect).

You may find this was double brokered.

Hope this helps, but you must be persistant.
