These guys are great payers...

They consistently pay us at 3 weeks after invoice date... Yes, that's 3 weeks!

Another touchdown for Quarterback!

I've heard their office actually is set up like a football field with a green floor, yard lines, goal posts, and a ticker screen around the room with load info...sounds pretty cool!

Staff turnover there is a problem though. That's why there is a never-ending posting of jobs for account managers and carrier representatives/customer service reps.

I think if you're a millenial looking to get into the freight business it may be an interesting proposition, but really only for a certain personality.

Worked there 7 years ago. Staff turnover is high, because the salaries are lower than industry average. A lot of people left their because they got better wage somewhere else.

Reasonable people to deal with. However when booking a load with Christian and advising them we are not able to cover until Monday, instead of rebooking the shipment with another carrier they decided to keep us on the run. Just for the sole purpose of making a $75 deduction from a $375 confirmation. The deduction came in a week after we delivered the shipment.

I then have Christian, who sounds like he is trying to raise your BP each time he replies, letting us know of the deduction. Tried speaking to Anthony who is apparently a Director of operations, and he did his best to do the same thing Christian was doing and that was to get us to say the wrong thing or respond as unprofessional as they sounded. We did not agree to those terms at all, and now I understand the game.

It doesnt matter how big or small the customer is, its the people behind the vicinity that make or break new relationships!

I have done business with them many times. They pay on time. The only problems i have had with them is when there are waiting time charges, or reasonable delays. Then , i think you are correct, they try to make extra profits.

I'm dealing with this problem right now.

There is an account manager there named Jamel who isn't very honest and forthcoming about additional charges.

I stopped dealing with them. They paid me but i had to go after the shipper for the wait time.

From my experience, they are very good payers. Always to EFT and pay within the terms.

I have continued to deal with them. They pay on time. I had one issue about wait time a while ago.
