Pwer only / US bond to port Newark, NJ

Hi Everyone
I've received a request to move a bunch of empty tanker trailers (new) from Montreal to the port in Newark, NJ (RO/RO) service.
Since it's the actual trailer that is being exported it must move in bond in the USA to the port.
Anyone interested in something like this? There is to be 15 in total, moving 5 at a time. Probably will need to get the them delivered within 4-5 days.

I also have a request to move some empty chassis (same scenario) but they want to load them on flat bed and stack 2 per load. Any suggestions on this one also would be appreciated!

Going to a port facility also requires a TWIC credential now.

Have you considered a company like Garfield, who already does container drayage? If they do that kind of work, then that seems like a good fit for what you are looking for. However, I do not know if Garfield does anything beyond Montreal. Highland Transport, perhaps?
