Anyone have any latest info on these guys? We currently have 1 invoice with them from August and still don't know when it will be paid. According to their ACC REC they are going through cash flow problem.
 
I'm thinking of getting in touch with the consignee or shipper next week, if I don't see a check by then.
 
update

Just received a POSTDATED check from them for January. Not looking good right now. Keeping my fingers crossed until it clears the bank.
 
I just recievied an equifax report stating Petro Canada is after them for $187,000.00 that doesn't look good. I see they are still selling loads out of Guelph today.

Thank God, my check cleared, that they had sent post-dated.
 
I just received an offer of $750.00 from these clowns to move a FTL Toronto to Indianapolis. WTF! I would then get paid with post dated checks for another 3 months. It is jokers like this that need to be driven out of our industry.
 
We did a load in November for Provincial, when it hit 60 days past due I called Arlene in payables she told me she would get to our invoice in three or four weeks due to a "cash drought". I told her she had three hours then I would call her customer and ask them for the money.
