Dealt with them for the 1st and last time yesterday ....
Horrible, said they would pick-up a load. In the afternoon couldn't get intouch with a dispatcher. Finally in the early evening, Bill said driver must be out of phone service. Can't reach him but he left Winnipeg @ 2:30pm ( highly unlikely ) . In the morning, didn't respond to emails or phone calls but finally got a call back at 9:00am. Could it be good news? Nope, truck brokedown at 7:00pm yesterday evening. He's at a shop getting fixed and it should be a few hours ( until I saw his truck posting on loadlink from Winkler to Michigan at 8:05am )
Then he told me he can be out of there in a few hours and pick-up, but if you want to give the load to someone else I can understand....
Seriously, I can't believe people are still so unprofessional. Why lie? Honesty is not common in our industry but what a crappy business.
