Pronto Delivery Systems

Afternoon all,

Does anyone have any experience with Pronto Delivery Systems in Brampton with respect to service?
Anything would help.

We gave them business about 10 times in the past year. No issues.

They are a decent carrier. Charlie and Bav are who we deal with. Good for Southwestern Ontario LTL

for the most part they were ok, but we had a load in which the confirmation had the wrong del time, we advised correct time over the phone and sent email advising the correct time. No one paid attention, they arrived late and couldn't get offloaded. They basically held the freight till they got a revised for going in next day and said it was our fault for the original issue, even though we corrected the times immediately. I asked if they felt holding my freight till they got a revised for something that they missed on an email was worth losing our business over - they said yes !... needless to say - we don't work with companies like this. too bad - they were pretty good up until that comment !

Similar problems. DNU for not being professional. Somehow their lack of communication is our fault and we are to blame for cancelling the order once they messed up.

The matter of who is at fault argument is pointless.
It's a matter of finding a resolution that does not disrupt the operation of the customer. That was @youngtea responsibility to ensure that doesn't happen.
