My LTL shipment went on the rail. This was not a surprise but they attempted to add BS charges (pre-pull) and finally getting an invoice was much more difficult than it should have been. Would use again if necessary.
 
Pro-Formance has been good for us. We had a project of 250 containers going from AB-NB last year and they handled the full scope without a hitch. We still use them on single shipments here and there, never have had an issue. I deal with Nitin, he's solid and knows his stuff.
 
We used them on 2 loads this year, and so far the updates and communication have been great. We will continue to use them.
 
I use them often. Just make sure you clearly state in your emails/tender if you wanted to use their intermodal or OTR service to avoid them putting OTR on rail. But I've done many OTR loads with this carrier, some with team service, and they do well.
 
I used them for OTR a few years ago and did an outstanding job, team / reefer / time critical.

For intermodal, their service is typical rail, got bumped due to availability of containers several days in row, they blamed the rail line but they have their own equipment as well. I switched intermodal providers on that move and had no issues getting a container next day. I will use again depending on the rate. I was dealing with Sachin and the communication is good
