We were back solicited today, they called our customer and told them they will do the work direct, we asked why and they said it was a mgt issue, we reached out and they wont returns calls or emails now, we have them on DNU and thankful our customer is the one who called us to advise.

Like the industry isn't hard enough now we have to worry about shady transport companies!!!

Good morning Pro-Formance Team,

We have been made aware by our client that your team contacted them directly regarding this shipment we arranged and tried to steal the business direct and went as far as sending them credit reference form. This is a serious breach of protocol and is completely unacceptable. As a result, we will be reporting this incident to Insider Transport and adding your company to our “do not use” list effective immediately. This conduct does not align with the professional standards we expect from our carrier partners and we are appalled by your behavior.



For clarity, our customer will not be working with your company directly now or in the future.



Do not contact CRB for any loads and remove us from all your email lists.

Brutal.... Something is definitely to be said about loyal clients. Glad it worked out in a positive fashion, and you didn't lose a client in the process.

Good customers appreciate that there is more to consider than just price when selecting a transportation provider. Regardless if the provider is a freight broker or an asset based carrier, good, consistent service is always more valuable than cheap pricing, at least in the opinion of knowledgeable, experienced transportation professionals. Those who insist on continually chasing a cheaper rate for their transportation requirements, are fooling themselves in thinking that they are actually reducing their costs.
