Not to be in the middle of it either, I may say that myself, being every day on the front line, always trying to give my best advice and share my knowledge, BUT...Most of the times it's completely ignored with excuses such " I'm here every day", " who are you to tell me" or just plain walking away and doing their stupid staff...

Good day,

It's probably best to try and use professional and respectful language as much as possible. Sometimes it's really hard, especially when a member says something insulting about your team. I first blame the instigator and secondly the recipient. Let's keep it professional people. I agree with all the other posters who suggest that drivers sharing tips and tricks to teach others their trade is the best course of action for everyone.

LOL I pulled into the brake check at the top of the "smasher" on Sunday afternoon and a New Canadian goes by me with what looked like a tarped load of beaver biscuits on. The back end of his tarp had come rhapsody and was dragging on the ground. When i haed finished my brake check i pulled up beside him and started to walk over to tell him about the tarp and he just about run me over cussing and swearing at me in Punjabi. Must have been a high quality brake check he did if he didn't see it. Down the smasher he went full throttle.

First thing that caught my eye is the fact that he pulled in! Must be a new driver that hasn't learned all the Surrey "tricks of the trade"......yet.

Your kinda confused buddy i did and multi drivers told your unprofessional drivers to get their ass’s moving along and Mak steel employees also had to tell them. Why did your company get kicked out of Weldedtube??

I agree, it seems as of lately this forum is losing its order as many new members are flooding here creating new accounts and insulting members and causing all kinds of ruckus. I know many of the admins have full time jobs and do this in their free time, i was thinking maybe we should elect a few other admins to take care of the shit starters and fake accounts.

As an admin I would have at minimum pointed out that "trailer park" is an outdated and politically incorrect term deeply rooted in anti-white ideologies and innuendo. If we could use the proper term Mobile Home Community, I'm sure many of our poor caucasian members would feel more at ease.
