A pastor went to his church deacons and asked for a raise in pay. After some thought, they informed the pastor they would increase his pay as his family increased. After six children the deacons decided we best do something about this. So they called a church member meeting and opened the floor for discussion.
After some time, the pastor noted to the church membership that his children were God's Blessing from Heaven. All was quiet.
A little old lady from the back of the church stood up and said,
" Yes that is true, but is rain and we put our rubbers on when that happens."
