We had a terrible experience with these ppl. They picked up a good size LTL for us on a Tues to be in AR for Friday. Come Friday, the truck hasn't crossed the border yet and they continued to lie all day about the truck being stuck at the border. Turns out they didn't even submit anything to the broker until Sunday...they admitted later that they didn't have enough freight for the truck. They should have admitted this right away rather than lie for 9hrs. To top it all off, they backdated their invoice to 3 days before they actually delivered. We kept asking for the pod's and they didn't want to send it because we require the PAPS with all pod's (to ensure it wasn't double brokered) and they didn't want us to see that they only left with the load on the weekend. The guy from Power then calls us looking for payment (on an invoice that isn't due yet) and then calls my customer to solicit freight.

I thought I'd add my 2 cents...

Mr. Kash accepted a shipment (simple TL PA- ON) from us at 9AM on Wed for pickup Thursday (afternoon or evening if he required). In the end, 8 hours of lies and excuses led to this freight not picking up despite the assurance all the way along 'my driver must be en route, he'll be there soon'...

Also, he had the gumption to call in and ask if he could pick up today. Too funny. This one's rebooked (elsewhere of course) and Kash can go look elsewhere (forever)...

Easy way to the DNU list, lie and don't pick up...

I guess we got lucky. We used them on two shipments and both picked up and delivered on time. Both were full loads. We dealt with Kash for one and Mandy for another. I do know Mandy is not there anymore and she seemed like a "tell it like it is" kind of person.

I recall working with Mandy in the past was quite good, agreed.

This was not our first shipment with Power, it was our last though..

Worst carrier ever I ran accross at this point in my carreer!
Only have 10 years but.....worst ever!

I have 20 years in and worst I have ever dealt with!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Just love when people don't follow instructions about carriers we DON'T use, but think operations fully understands now!

Don't think these people would know the truth if it bit them.
