I generally find that the guys who say "test" are actually there about half the time. The other half of the time are people trying to decide what to do with trucks...and sometimes (especially during melon season), it's sandbaggers holding out for a big pay day.
Shaw Alliance has a thing where if you post your truck, you have to say when it's available and bonus is, of course, you can query where the trucks are in real-time beacuse it's a load board based on actual Saw Tracking subscribers. The bad news is that it takes a lot of work to keep it updated and doesn't work the same way that Link does.
