That’s right. What the hell is it with the tow truck industry? For as long as I can remember there were always shady characters of all racial and ethnic stripes and violence associated with the towing business. I guess when there is that much money involved, it will always attract the less desirable element of society. Kind of like those “charity” clothing boxes you see in the parking lots. What a greasy business that scam is!
