Polaris promotes Baki to vice president of operations

I have worked with Polaris now for over 15 years, but over the past year their customercare has been lacking
 
You don't book polaris for service

you book polaris for price
not like they used to be for price either. The gap between them and all others has closed quite a bit... now its primarily for hard to service areas...
