Polaris Priority Plus Guarantee Failure

Has anyone here dealt with Polaris and their Priority Plus Guarantee and did not get the service required? What did they offer you?

Customer agreed to the extra charge to deliver next day by noon but it got delivered 2nd day by about 4:00PM and want full regular rate.. That does not sound right to me..
