I took your advice and contacted Dave Cox at Polaris Transport concerning an issue I had with freight mix up and extremely late delivery . I have to say he is very professional and resolved the issue to my satisfaction immediately. Although it put me in a situation with my customer. Hopefully I wont lose them although I havent received another load since that day. I guess when a company manages a large volume of freight shit happens. Would still glady work with them for other customers.
