Do not deal with these guys, did a load with border problems and then 8 hours wait time at the receiver and will not pay. When suggested that we will call the customer, the answer was go right ahead.

I am not taking sides not knowing the facts, but PLS is a know for years broker to our company. The information provided is extremely limited to suggest to other forum members not to engage into dealing with PLS. Lowmiler88, if you wish to obtain some advise for your certain experience, please post some facts, you'll hear plenty suggestions how to deal with it.

had the same issue with them, apparently they feel drivers should love to spend 8 hours at a dock without pay.

economy I know how to deal with it, just warning members that maybe the middle letter of their name should be changed and people shouldn't deal with this company. Their are so many good brokers out their this is our 1 and only dealing with this company and the driver will be paid every penny due to them we don't let a POS company determine what our drivers get paid we pay them no matter what.

PLS is famous for not paying for extra charges, it doesn't help that their people get paid by commission instead of salary. The less they pay, the more each agent makes !!
