Absolutely terrible service from this carrier. Was 4 hours late to pick up a local shipment, had to deliver next day instead of direct. He took the liberty to call the receiver and ask him to open at 7am as a favor to the driver, even though they open at 9am, they obliged. It is now almost 11am he still hasn't shown up, my customer has been waiting for him since 7.

NEVER AGAIN!

Wow it almost sounds like a terrible "trucking" company (with one power unit) double brokered it to an even more awful company. Ask the receiver who's name is on the truck if they show up lol.

@RedEvil is that Ojo that you're dealing with at Pipus? He's brutal, he double brokered one of our shipments a few weeks ago as well. Found out he was making a whopping $25 on our shipment that he double brokered. Stand up fella.
