We're looking into updating our phone systems. Anyone have any input or suggestions of where to look or which brand to purchase.

Any help would be great!

VOIP, click to call, call tracking, inbound calls, outbound calls, time spent on the phones, etc.

best way to track employees.

We bought a Panasonic KX-T7667 system 7 years ago. It was the same price as a used Nortel at the time. We bought the voice mail system with it.

We have never had any problems at all! never needed service.
 
We are using microsoft Lync ( VOIP )

Can do Instant message between employee - you can see who's in and who's not. who's on the phone, etc...

Usefull for us as we have about 75 employees at the head office on 2 floors. And have offices in Oakville, NC and CA. Really easy to use

correct spelling is Lync?
