Over 90 days and counting on an invoice for $1100.00

Promised a cheque was being cut 'tomorrow' about a month ago.

Travis in accounting claims their mail has been horrible.

Owner Joel has promised payment by next week.

We had one invoice with them last year. New account I had to chase and chase. Finally received payment - never dealt with again.

I believe this is a "brothers" outfit (Travis/Joel). Hopefully it shows up next week. Better yet....tell them to wire you the payment as you've waited 3+ months to get it. Forget the waiting on a 'cheque in the mail' scenario....

Checking my records I can see we have dealt with them 3 times now in 2007, 2011, and this one. Seems to be a pattern as they took over 90 days to pay those past two times also.

Travis contacted me after my conversation with Joel, and has provided me what appears to be an EFT confirmation.

All's well that ends well I guess...

we had trouble the last time we took something from them also. Given several different dates that a check would be sent and eventually we did get it but we held our breath until it passed it took close to 5 months. on our DNU
