I guess they've changed their ways then. We used to deal with them quite a bit a few years back. Untill one day when we gave them a shipment and called at 3:00 PM to check on it and they said "Oh yeah, sorry we're too busy with our own stuff to do broker freight today."
Haven't given them anything since.

If you get them on a load of yours, generally the service will be very good and no worries. But they don't take a lot of broker freight.
My suspicion -- they had customer orders come in late, and if you're new with them or affect their DSO in a negative way, they'll return the favor. But hey, if I was in their shoes I might do the same thing.
