Double brokers all loads and doesn't pay invoices. The guy who answers the phone is Andy and the A/P Ashley never seems to be in. Watch out for them! Anyone else having trouble collecting?
 
we sold them 2 loads last week from michigan to brampton, called them when the carrier"charger trucking" brought them in,we called him , both he and the driver said charger and pearl global were the same co.....mmmm

Been off for a few days so missed this post. Seems we just had this happen to us too. In the middle dealing with it... I'm sure I will get the same story as you guys.

Anything new on Pearl Global and Charger relationship? We had shipments booked with Charger picked up by Pearl Global, they say they are owned by same person and dispatched by same person. They use whichever truck is empty first. They run under separate authorities though so I'm interested in hearing how the previous posts worked out. Thanks
 
On our do not use list. We only found out because our customer sends us the PARS for every shipment. They never advised us of this, and when I called them they said this is my "friends company". We share loads. I told them next time be up front about it. I don't like finding out this way.

I show them as 2 different addresses and phone numbers Pearl is 905-603-1000 on Silky Rose Court, and Charger at 289-373-3012 on Royal Windsor Dr.
 
Why didn't I check here first?? Spoke with Andy, they're claiming Charger and Pearl are the same company, says he has 30 trucks, still haven't seen any proof of this. They totally screwed up my freight, now trying to charge me for the city driver, he said I was wasting his time by arguing with him. He then told me his time is 10x more valuable than mine. Then he hung up on me. Thank goodness my freight is delivered. Never again.
