PBTL Transport has NOT paid us for a completed load. They are ghosting everybody

Now the same people operating under Fortex Freight Inc. They are fraud, do not give your freight to them, they will double broker this.
 
Thank god, I read this before giving my load to them. PBTL has been one of the worst carriers I have ever dealt with
 
I am writing to formally clarify that there is absolutely no connection between Fortex and PBTL.

While I previously worked with PBTL, that does not create any ownership, partnership, or affiliation between the two companies. Fortex is a completely separate business that I established approximately six months ago, with its own operations, management, and corporate structure.

Any claims or assumptions suggesting a relationship between Fortex and PBTL are incorrect. Issues such as payment disputes involving PBTL are entirely unrelated to Fortex and should not be associated with our company.

Anyone can verify this independently by reviewing our corporate profile, which clearly shows there is no shared ownership or connection.

Making or spreading false connections like this can seriously harm a new business, and I kindly ask that this misunderstanding be corrected immediately.
