Patco Transportation

I have dealt with them in the past. Not the cheapest,but I didn't have any service issues.

The last time I gave Patco freight they back doored the account. Reason: they felt because I didn't give them all the moves I had from our customers shipper they would attempt to take the account! The customer didn't appreciate their tatics. Definitely on my DNU list:mad:
 
Patco did the first load we ever moved 21 years ago and still continues to work often with us today. great guys, very reliable, good communicators, no BS. The cast of characters has changed over the years several times, but I keep getting the same quality of service. I think that says something about the management of the company.

I've never had any worries about back-dooring by Patco, but I have had that scenario play out twice before, where carriers approached clients. The carriers excuse was that they were looking at "other" work that I wasn't doing. One said I only gave him US work, but he was soliciting domestic business. The other complained that I only gave him Northbound loads. He was soliciting Southbound loads.
I don't have the words.
 
Patco back doored me, customer called me as they work with several brokers. Patco had been in there for the other brokers as well. On my DNU list for sure, as they called on the load (to speak to me for details) and then called the customer.
If they haven't backed doored you, you just haven't caught them yet.

What walks like a duck!

Just too many negative comments for the backdoor issue not to be taken seriously!!

Only my opinion.
